Redesigning the cart
Sprzeglo.com.pl is an automotive e-commerce business. The project I worked on required designing mobile layouts for multiple cart page views and thank you pages in their online store.
Mobile first
Because of the niche’s specificity, the cart needed to contain quite a lot of fields. To make it less overwhelming for the user, and, in return, improve the conversion rate on mobile, I split all the fields into 4 less intimidating steps.

Functional details
Because the store has mainly male audience, I designed fields and checkboxes a bit bigger than usual to make them easier to click on even with not-so-dainty hands 🙂

Collect that data
A solution was needed that would encourage customers to leave their data that would be later used for research and remarketing.
I came up with an e-book packed with valuable information on how to take care of purchased products so they last longer.

Creating this e-book’s content required from me preparing hand drawn illustrations, spending some time on niche-accurate creative copywriting, and assemblig the entire thing.

Implementing this idea resulted in tripling newsletter subscription rate within the first month (comapred to the previous 6 months period).
